- EEElla6 days ago5.0Dr. Jones, Jacklynn, and Kara have always been nothing but kind. Dr. Jones has helped me repeatedly with my dental anxiety and has explained each process as things happen. She gives me a heads up when loud noises or vibrations will happen. I highly reccomend Dr. Jones for anyone with dental anxiety, and anybody with sensory needs.

When left in an emergent situation and my only option was to see a dentist asap, I was able to get in quickly. From the moment I walked through their door I felt welcomed and cared for. Everything was explained to me in terms I could fully understand and rather than leaving with an extraction and hole in my gum, I left with not one, but two repairs and confidence that I could probably see more, non-emergent visits with Cataloochee Dental in my future. Their staff was so kind. Refreshing! And they truly wanted me to feel comfortable and informed of/with my options and worked with me to have the best outcome in my treatment plan. The icing on top of all of this was receiving a phone call from Dr. Jones herself, later this afternoon to make sure I was doing okay. Other than being completely exhausted from the anxiety the build up caused I am doing amazing and glad they were able to save my teeth rather than having to extract them.
