  What a great experience from the warm welcome by the receptionist to seeing Dr. Morrison. I called on a Saturday morning for flashing lights and floaters in my left eye. I had an appt within 2 hours. The doctor was very thorough and explained my diagnosis in detail. I highly recommend The Eye Center Fayetteville.

  Dr. Fowler and her staff were very welcoming, friendly and informative. The technicians were thorough and punctual and Dr. Fowler wrapped it all up with, an excellent examination filled with detailed information of what my eyes are currently doing and what to expect in the months and years to come. This was completed with an updated prescription which I was able to have filled next door at LensCrafters. I would highly recommend The Eye Center of Fayetteville for your eye care health.   This was my first visit at the eye center the only problem I had was finding the office which was right next to Lens Crafters lol…. The sign on the door was too small but otherwise my visit went very well, the front desk was very proficient and expeditious. Nelly did my exam she was very nice and Dr. Engal was awesome, great conversation and very professional. The whole staff was a vibe I will definitely make this my new Eye Center!

  The administrative staff are great, however my experience overall was not. The optometrist that helped me did was not thorough and rushed through my appointment. My vision had changed from my previous prescription and he was very vocal about getting me a “good enough” prescription. He rushed through my exam and seemed annoyed when I told him that the contacts he gave to try did not feel right. He gave me a new set and sent me off. I was in need of new contacts so I took them and ordered a years supply through the clinic after my trial, except when my contacts arrived they were the wrong prescription. I had to call and get this corrected, and I was met with an apology, another set of trials, a discount, and next day shipping. I was grateful for the remedy, but was disappointed with my experience with the doctor and prescription process. The equipment also seems to be outdated and doesn’t seemed to be cleaned well in between patients. Will not be coming back again.
