- BHBern HudSep 28, 20261.0I came across this review section today but because I often think of my experience I decided to share. During COVID I visited this location, due to a severe rash on my leg. I was given a prescription. I specifically asked for an antibiotic shot or pill because I was extremely concerned that the area had begin turning 'black'. I was told no, to use the cream and to return for a followup in six weeks. I was not satisfied with this solution and decided to get a second opinion. I found a doctor more acquainted to my skin type. Without me even sharing much detail, she immediately identified there was an infection. I was given an antibiotic shot on the spot and recieved an antibiotic prescription. Needless to say, my leg began healing expeditiously. Had I followed this doctor's advise, I do believe the infection could have led to the loss of my limb.

- SBSherry BSep 11, 20235.0I had totally forgotten Dr. Shereff my daughter, has vitiligo and we have tried laser with no success. Today I was impressed again Dr. Shereff explained every detail of the new Opzelura ointment in addition to calling prescription in to pharmacy. Before I could turn in my driveway pharmacy tech. called and prior authorization would be approved by tomorrow afternoon. Even overnighting medication directly to my front door. All I can say is thank you staff was amazing as well as Dr. Shereff.
