I was a patient for over a decade with an awesome practitioner who left a year ago. For a year this office has lied and gave runaround about a new practitioner starting which never happened. They had me see a Dr who truly screwed me over with my medicine throwing me into a severe flare. When i tried to talk to Melinda, office administrator, she was disgustingly rude, showed no empathy for what patients were exposed and them said what do you want me to do. Its sad that i used to refer many patients because this was an azimg ofrice but now i.woild mever refer anyone. I was accused wrongly of being a seug seeker when i called for refill and was accused of going to multiple providers. I said mo that Dr referred me to these providers because she didn't want to give me my meds. I work in healthcare and to be accused of bring drug seeker snd doctor hopping was humiliating evem though thr nurse has known me for years ehen i wrmt where thst provider referred me to. They did end up calling anf half assed apology when they saw i was being truthful. Lisa is only one who seems to care about patients no matter whats goong on. At this point I would steer clear of them unless you can adequately advocate fir yourself.

I really love this practice. I have been a patient for many years and feel I have always received great treatment. Just walking in the front door Lisa greets you by name. She is so friendly and you can tell she just enjoys helping people.
My primary care physician was Dr Norris and I was concerned when she retired that I would not have the same care or confidence with my new physician. I can honestly say that Dr. Amy Santangelo has relieved those concerns. I feel as a new patient for her she thoroughly reviewed my records going back 10 plus years. Having a family history with cardiac issues she has worked with me on a program to aid in prevention of heart attack or stroke. I will say again I am impressed with her thorough review of my history and records. Nice to feel like a valued patient.

I have been a patient at this doctor’s office for over 3 years. I do not come in often because whenever I need an appointment I can’t be seen as quickly as I need to be. I recently called because an issue I am having and was questioned about why I haven’t been back and this is not the first time I feel like I have been treated this way by the employees at this practice. Another reason why I am not eager to be seen. I also was not notified that my primary care doctor did not work here anymore. The list goes on but after my next appointment I will be finding a new primary care office.

My mother had the worst experience with this doctors office. After being a patient of one doctor for over a decade, the doctor left and it’s been three years and she has not been able to have a doctor assigned to her. She actually got assigned to one about a year ago and then they left. Not sure why they can’t keep staff but my mother who was over 90 Could not get an appointment to see anyone even in cases of emergency. I would literally choose any doctor’s office above them.
