⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Little Fairy Tale at LensCrafters #0211
Sometimes the best stories begin with a simple errand.
I walked into LensCrafters #0211 at Cross Creek Mall thinking I was just shopping for new glasses. As someone who had always gone to America’s Best, I figured I’d browse, compare a few frames, and be on my way.
Instead… I stumbled into what felt like a little fairytale.
From the moment Ryan welcomed me, I felt like more than just another customer. He was patient, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and somehow made what usually feels like an overwhelming process actually fun. Instead of rushing me, he helped me find frames that made me feel confident and excited.
Then, just when I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, Ms. Kayla, the manager, stepped in to help finalize everything. Since I was using two different forms of payment, she made the entire transaction seamless. No frustration. No confusion. Just professionalism, patience, and exceptional customer service.
I left the store ordering three beautiful pairs of glasses, and I honestly can’t wait until they arrive!
The biggest surprise wasn’t even the glasses—it was the people. In a world where great customer service can sometimes feel rare, Ryan and Ms. Kayla reminded me what it looks like when a team truly enjoys helping people.
In fact, the experience was so inspiring that it made me rethink my own career path. I had already been considering a career pivot, and because of the welcoming culture and professionalism I experienced, LensCrafters is now at the top of my list of places I’d love to work. If this is how they treat every customer, I can only imagine what it’s like to be part of the team.
Thank you, Ryan and Ms. Kayla, for turning a routine shopping trip into such a memorable experience. Sometimes the perfect pair of glasses helps you see the world more clearly… and sometimes it’s the people who help you see new possibilities.
I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be recommending LensCrafters Store #0211 to anyone looking for quality eyewear and truly exceptional customer service. 🩷👓✨

I visited the LensCrafters in Fayetteville near the mall a few weeks ago and ordered a pair of prescription glasses along with Ray-Ban sunglasses.
I’m not overly picky, but when I’m paying for a brand-new pair of sunglasses, I expect to receive exactly that—not the display model. My prescription glasses arrived in less than a week, but after waiting about two more weeks for my Ray-Bans, I never received a notification that they were ready. I finally called the store, and an employee told me they had just arrived and were available for pickup.
When I went in the next day, they tried to give me the display pair. I knew immediately because they had the exact same smudges and scratches I noticed when I first looked at them in the store. They hadn’t even cleaned them. It was obvious these weren’t a brand-new pair.
Somehow, the new pair I ordered ended up on display, while they attempted to give me the display model instead. That’s not acceptable, especially when customers are paying full price for new merchandise.
LensCrafters, please do better. Customers deserve to receive the new products they paid for and better communication throughout the process.

I was helped by Hobraiam in Fayetteville, NC. He went the extra mile to help me find the proper pair of eyeglasses that fit my eyesight placement, face shape, and my color/style preferences. He was personable and knowledgeable. I walked out of the store knowing I found the best pair of glasses for me. Thank you!

I was traveling to Durham and left my contacts behind. The staff at lens crafters were extremely helpful and gave me sample contacts to get me through the next 5 days. They also helped me order some more. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters, Cross Creek Mall, Fayetteville.
It had been 5 years since I last purchsed glasses. Oh boy, have styles changed! Dee was attentive & patient. She really listened to what I wanted, and took the time to help me find frames I feel confident in.
She went through the different types of lenses and filters available helping me to choose the best option for each pair. She even compared store specials, against my insurance to get me the best price possible. I can honestly, without hesitation recommend LensCrafters. Be sure to ask for Dee. 🤓
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
