The staff was super friendly, service was really quick and I loved how comfortable I felt there. Idania helped me pick out my frames and I just have to say she was exceptional. She helped me pick out frames that matched me and I couldn’t have picked better. Definitely recommend for great service and cheap prices!

I had to get My glasses made three times one of my own expense because of a bad prescription. I got there. I finally went to my regular I care provider at professional I care and had a new New exam and prescription that was way off from The two I got at LensCrafters. I’ve had no compensation for any of this.

I had a wonderful experience buying new glasses for my son at LensCrafters, all thanks to Jacob! Finding the right frames for a teenager can be a challenge, but Jacob made the entire process incredibly smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable.
From the moment we walked in, Jacob was patient, attentive, and highly professional. He took the time to listen to what my son wanted and helped guide us through the options to find the perfect fit. Thanks to his excellent recommendations, we left with two fantastic pairs of Emporio Armani frames. Jacob also made sure we were completely taken care of by walking us through the LensCrafters+ protection plan, ensuring his new eyewear is fully protected.
His top-notch customer service, expert advice, and friendly attitude made a huge difference. If you are shopping for glasses, I highly recommend asking for Jacob. Thank you, Jacob, for looking out for us and making sure my son walked out confident and happy with his new glasses!

This was my first time coming to LensCrafters, and I will gladly come back the next time I need a routine eye exam. The receptionists were welcoming. Even though I arrived half an hour early for my appointment, I was seen immediately. Jared was the technician I worked with, and he provided very clear instructions for each step of the preliminary tests and eye scans. Dr. Engle was a good conversationalist, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient during the appointment. Then I worked with Mallory as my optician, and she was also very easy to work with and truly helpful as we looked at frames, comparing styles and brands, and making final selections. Overall I had a very positive experience, and I would look forward to coming back in a year.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
