  Amira is absolutely amazing. She has helped me the last 2x ive been in the store with my son’s glasses. Shes awesome with kids and he made sure to share with me how shes always so nice to him. That means the world as his dad because he doesnt trust many people. She had him smiling and laughing the entire interaction. Def a gem that you all should keep around.

  Let me just start by saying I had an exceptional experience this afternoon at the LensCrafters located in Cross Creek Mall! I came in needing some lenses replaced in some frames I just purchased off eBay. Just before coming in, I visited Americas Best on Raeford Rd and they had me waiting 20 minutes just to tell me they couldn’t help me due to a policy that was just implemented a week prior. After leaving, I called LensCrafters and they told me they can replace the lenses. I drive up there and I’m seen immediately by an incredibly kind associate, Jacob. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and of course was able to get that process started for replacing the lenses. I left LensCrafters feeling cared for and like my new frames are in good hands! From having to wait 20 minutes to be seen just to leave disappointed to being seen upon arrival and leaving completely satisfied, Jacob really showed what a night and day difference in service looks like. To the higher ups at LensCrafters, please give that man a raise!! Thanks to him, I’m having a lovely Thursday :)

  Bought Meta frames not knowing my normal Eye Doctor couldn't cut lenses for them. Walked into LensCrafters and they said it was no problem! Jacob did a great job going over different options with me. He showed multiple different options, price points, and offered personal experience that allowed me to choose the best option for me! Will continue to go to him for my eye glass needs.

  I only went in to take a look at my options because I was in need of new glasses. I had never been to a LensCrafters before. Upon entering, I was greeted by Mallory with a smile. She offered to help me and great help is exactly what she gave. I felt so bad because I am very picky about my frames and I walked Mallory all over the store lol. Along the way, she picked up on the color that I was looking for, the style of frame, and the size. Once she figured it out, she walked me over to two perfect pairs of frames for me! I tried them on and fell in love! Mallory was kind, knowledgeable and patient. She even sat down and went over all of my options and found ways to save me money! Who doesn’t appreciate good savings? But I told her I would think about it and come back…. Which I ended up doing 3 days later. I kept playing in my mind all of the savings and benefits to getting my glasses through LensCrafters, including the warranty. Mallory was so thorough that she actually left me with information to consider. I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses within my budget. I appreciated such good customer service, especially because it’s so hard to come by anymore. Thank you Mallory!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service from Jacob! Jacob made my experience at LensCrafters great! He walked me through the process of choosing glasses, shared his expertise, and educated me on important things I never knew that helped me make the right choice. I had just purchased glasses from another place where I didn’t receive this level of guidance, which resulted in a pair I hate and can’t return. That experience is what brought me to LensCrafters, and I’m glad it did. Jacob took the time to make sure I understood my options and felt confident in my decision. His knowledge and customer service made all the difference. Thanks to Jacob, I left feeling much better about getting the right pair of glasses. LensCrafters is lucky to have him!
