  I have been a patient of Dr. Jones since 2023, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his entire team. When it became necessary for me to have my fibroids removed through a myomectomy, I had many concerns and fears about the surgery, recovery, and how it would affect my ability to return to work and my normal active lifestyle. Dr. Jones truly listened. He understood the demands of my work, what was important to me, and what I was most afraid of. He took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and most importantly, put my mind at ease. Once we decided to move forward, the scheduling was incredibly quick and efficient. I never felt like just another patient. I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. My surgery went very well, and I am so grateful for Dr. Jones’ skill, compassion, and professionalism. His entire team was equally amazing—from scheduling and preparation to surgery and follow-up care. Everyone treated me with kindness and made a stressful experience so much easier. After trusting Dr. Jones with my care since 2023 and with such an important surgery, I would recommend him and his team without hesitation. It is rare to find a physician who is not only highly skilled but also truly listens to and understands his patients. Thank you, Dr. Jones and your entire team, for taking such incredible care of me. I am truly grateful! ❤️

  No good customer service at all all they do is play music for 45 mins to an hour while they put u on hold to lazy to come to the phone just becauseu either want to reschedule ur appointment or anything riduculous don't make any sense

  Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-up. I came to Jones Women’s Center seeking care for severe menstrual cramps, vomiting, lightheadedness, and episodes where I felt like I was going to pass out. During my visit, the provider ordered an ultrasound to investigate what was causing these symptoms. I had the ultrasound done at Carolina Imaging on April 29, 2026. It is now August 12, 2026, nearly four months later, and I still have not received my results or an explanation regarding what is causing my symptoms. I have called numerous times and left multiple messages, including calling regularly to try to get an update. Despite this, I have been unable to get a clear answer from anyone. No one has taken responsibility for following up with me, and I have essentially been given the runaround. I recently spoke with a nurse who told me that she could not help me and that I would need to schedule another appointment and pay to see the doctor simply to have my results explained to me. This is extremely frustrating because I was initially told by the provider that she would call me with my results and again, it’s DAMN NEAR FOUR MONTHS LATER. Meanwhile, my symptoms have gotten worse, and they are now affecting my ability to work and function normally. I sought medical care because I needed answers and appropriate treatment, not months of unanswered calls and additional bills. Patients should not have to repeatedly call their provider for months just to receive results from a test that was ordered as part of their care. Communication and follow-up are basic parts of healthcare. If you are looking for reliable, responsive reproductive healthcare, I would strongly encourage you to do your research before choosing this practice. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and at this point, I am considering traveling to Raleigh to find a provider who will actually listen, communicate, and help me get answers. This has been the worst experience I have ever had since moving here and having to find a new OB/GYN

  I would not recommend Jones Center for Women Health based on my experience. As a first-time mother, I expected to receive more guidance, support, and education throughout my pregnancy. Unfortunately, I have often felt that my concerns and questions were not taken seriously. I feel that there has been a lack of communication regarding important information, such as what I should or should not be doing during pregnancy and what foods or activities I should avoid. I have also asked questions about my baby’s development and have frequently felt like I was not given clear or helpful answers. For example, when I asked how much my baby weighs, the office was unable to provide me with an answer. As a first-time mom, having these questions answered is very important to me because I want to make sure I am doing everything I can to have a healthy pregnancy and baby. Overall, I have not felt adequately supported or cared for during my pregnancy. I believe expectant mothers deserve to feel heard, informed, and confident in the care they are receiving. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience, and for that reason, I would not recommend Jones Center for Women Health to other expecting mothers.
