Horrible experience. They do not listen to concerns and will not let you see your doctor after requested many times. Every appointment is with a nurse practitioner after signing the contract to pay. They are overbooking patients and clearly can not keep up with the intake but keeps taking new patients anyways. After 5 visits over 3 months I did not even receive prenatals or anything other than a 5 minute visit that did not even go over mine or my baby’s care. No follow up on test results or care plan. Zero interest in true patient care and Valarie the office manager is extremely rude and when I voiced my concerns she refused to allow me to speak to my doctor once again and refused further patient care leaving me as a ftm with many concerns to find a new ob almost half way there my pregnancy. She was extremely unprofessional in each interaction we had and dismissed every concern I tried to relay. I still do not believe she relayed any of my concerns to my doctor.

I do not recommend this place I’m having issues with getting in contact with one of the three who examined me and determined I didn’t need a specific stitch that I asked for numerous times just for me to lose my baby the next day now they don’t want to pick up the phone or they are making it impossible to speak to the dr .

I do not recommend this place they do not listen the office is too small , everyone can hear your business nothing is private in the office because they talk to loud and its no room for privacy they do not care about patient privacy . , they have to many patients to keep up with and do not chart all of your concerns. you cant even turn around in the restroom its so small. they have so many people in and out they dont know who and what they are talking to. i had to remind them to take my blood they dont even remember what they tell you , or prescribe you , just too much going on for a small place
