I am seriously appalled at the unprofessional way they talked over me. Told me now I can go somewhere else because I didn't agree w them and said they were being unprofessional. Keep in mind I was speaking normal volume trying to advocate and was still being polite. Now they won't send the prescription to another pharmacy and refuse to fill it.

When I call they are rude and just say “we can’t find you, have a good day.” And that’s it…. I have the prescription number and when I type it into the automated system the computer says it’s not a valid prescription. I worked in pharmacy for YEARS.. this is beyond ridiculous, and I have a lot of patience, but not for people just being rude to customers..
