  Bought glasses and told them to put anti glare in. I went a week after getting my glasses thinking my eyes and brain needed time to adjust to the new prescription. Fast forward a week I go back in because it wasn’t right, I was told that there was not anti glare and was rudely asked if I had worn glasses before. I just asked for my money back. Then ordered glasses from Zenni Optical, I got two pair, better frames, transitions, anti glare and warranty for nearly half of eye mart. Don’t go here if you value your time. They don’t care.

  My glasses became useless after a final skip across the pavement on a Friday and needing a replacement prior to having to leave on business by Monday they were able to come through quickly with a replacement pair at a surprising low cost and much quicker than expected. Thank you

  the eye exams is a horror show. it took 3 hours. IT IS TELEHEALTH SO YOU HAVE TO WAITE.....The ladies were nice and it's not their fault. No respect for your time

  Excellent process and warranties. Someone completely crushed my glasses on a jobsite with steel toed boots. Crushed frame and missing lens. They honored the warranty. Other instances they’ve replaced scratched lenses. They do have cool sunglasses 😎 🕶️ One drawback is the optometrist Nextdoor (connected with interior doorway) works alone and you may wait. Be sure to set an appointment or go elsewhere if that’s a problem.

  Good prices on lenses with great warranty. They will replace scratched lenses and they even replaced a pair of glasses that somebody stepped on the job site. One lens was completely missing and the Frame was completely crushed on that side. Kind and polite staff. One minor drawback, the optometrist right next-door works alone and you sometimes have to wait a little longer to be seen for your appointment on that side. But technically that is a different company.
