  Very nice in the begining but i have nothing nice to say after a few.months. sales people are nice but they lost 2 customers far as i am concerned. I will go back to where i came from never had problems there ever.

  Jerry was incredibly helpful and patient. He helped us find a better fitting pair of glasses for my daughter and made the experience so much easier. Excellent customer service thank you.

  Went in this morning to get my grandsons glasses fixed. I arrived around 930 am, signed in and took a seat. There were 2 gentlemen waiting to be helped also. Suddenly there was a wave of new customers entering, some stayed and some left. Everyone signed in. While waiting on our turn, Mr. Jerry, was helping one of the 2 gentlemen that was in front of me, while Morgan helped the other. At this moment, it was around 950am. Mr. Jerry let his gentleman go look at glasses. While he was doing so, Mr. Jerry went behind the counter and asked if anyone was there to pick up or get a repair. Myself and another lady both raised our hands that we were. He immediately went to the lady and called her up to the register to assist. I stood up to let him know we were next in line per the sign in sheet. He stepped away from the counter area to assist the other lady. Myself and the other customer waiting were both signed in and there before this lady. Morgan finished up her customer and then she came to me to assist me at approximately 1005am. I let her assist me and then I advised her how unsatisfied I was with how Mr. Jerry did not move down the list respectfully. If he would have we would have been in and out of the shop in 10 minutes or less. She apologized. My point is, if signing in was a requirement to help each customer as they entered, that should be how things are done. I came in early cause I knew I had another appointment at 1030. Usually, service is very quick. But for him to blatantly not follow the list as it was written shows poor customer service. Please do better Mr. Jerry!

  Such an awesome experience for my husband who is new to glasses! Rick and Amber were very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience! The lab manager made a mistake that turned out to be a masterpiece with the tint. We will definitely be back!
