The instructors are amazing and really take the time to explain the exercises and make sure you feel comfortable while still challenging yourself.

As soon as we arrived they rushed her and then kicked her out after 5 minutes when she said she had some pain during the stretch. I felt like they were already annoyed we showed up 5 min before class started and that shes not great with English. They recommended a private session, which Im sure costs money. I understand where they are coming from but she was very excited to start this and this experience really turned her off to the idea. Will look for another studio but I hope they treat newcomers a little better and with some empathy in the future.
