Sure there are times that I’ve waited after my appointment time but I appreciate the time spent with me and my issues so I imagine that’s why there is a wait…the doctors are spending time needed with each patient! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous…great place!

If there is a problem they will do everything in their power to solve it and if they can’t they will make sure u get to the right specialist you need and keep up on your progress.Please take my word they are the best

My wait time for various eye tests before seeing the doctor was minimum, which I really appreciated. The doctor was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything in details. The young lady who helped with scheduling was very efficient. Everyone in every department did an incredible job! I highly recommend Cape Fear Eye Associates to anyone looking for a top-notch eye care center!
- BBBlessedJun 26, 20262.0Had to call back 4 times for a prescription to be sent. I didn't tell them Walgreens and they sent it twice to Walgreens. I called back and told them Walmart again. It was supposed to be sent there still wasn't sent. I called back again she says she will send it to Walmart. I'm still waiting. I went to the eye doctor 8am it's now 1:50pm and still no eye drops. This is ridiculous.
- RMRobert MartinJun 22, 20261.0Today I brought my disabled son with autism to the facility on metro medical drive we were approached by one of the facility doctors and immediately thrown out of the building because of my autistic sons emotional support animal the doctor even told us that if his animal was a dog they would of let him in I am extremely disappointed in the way they would treat a disabled person with autism we will never go back to this location ever
