  The service i received during my appointment, was great, staff was friendly, and very knowledgeable about the procedure I received. The doctor seemed to be very concerned about my complete understand of the procedure. I was very please with all aspects of the visit.

  I received exceptional professional and courteous interaction with the receptionist staff and the eye tech. As Dr. Bogart visually examined my eyes he verbally identified my characteristics using medical terminology which I found very impressive and professional. Thereafter, he explained everything to me including ongoing care. My visit to Cape Fear Eye Associates was the best experience for eye care I've had in over 50 years. I highly recommend this office for all eye care needs.

  Absolutely would recommend Dr Le for cataract surgery. My husband and I both appreciated his bed side manner, approach to my care, questions, and concerns. Krista made the scheduling process seamless and the whole surgical team was professional, kind, and thorough. Best of all I’m at 20/20 vision now and will forever be grateful.

  My Mom had an appointment with DR. Riggins on 4/29. We arrived prior to her 1:30 appointment. We were still sitting there waiting to be seen at 4. We had to leave because she is 86 years old and has a lot of issues just sitting and they have the most uncomfortable seating. I love Dr. Patel and Dr. Le, in the other office, but the one on Owen drive is horrible.

  Dr. Le and the team were great! The exam by Dr. Le appeared concerning as well as detailed. Which I appreciate that for my family member. The team using hand held items for the eyes was concerning. However I know things change daily. My family member is in a wheelchair so going from one building to another was a bit nonsense as well as risky due to narrow curves and pot hole in pavement along travel from one building to another. I couldn't understand why the appointment wasn't just in the other building. My main problem is the exam went great however so many eye doctors don't accept outside prescription nor medicaid. We left there having to pay more money for glasses that most medicaid patients can't afford to do but they definitely need glasses. It would have been helpful to have a referral trail to go to after leaving this office. Especially when they know it's a medicaid patient and what optical offices will and won't accept outside prescriptions. I suggest to do your homework before going or just ask them to write down your next step to getting your glasses.
