  Fantastic gym. The atmosphere, cleanliness, variety and staff are amazing. This gym is a 10/10 my only critique is the strike class schedule, this location has fantastic instructors. Coach Patel and coach Ahmad are insanely good. Coach Ahmad is especially good due to his ability to break down jiu jitsu movements and make them retainable to new students. I trained at elevate mma for a few weeks and learned more under coach ahmad in 4 classes than i did in 15 classes at elevate. He is truly world class and deserves more instructional time. I would love to see him have a jiujitsu class on friday afternoon or friday evening and saturday as well maybe saturday afternoon as myself and others in his classes have all agreed that we would take them at other times… would love to see this change and would be more than happy to resend my review to a 5/5 I am truly a raving fan of this gym and have no other issues or critiques other than that change to coach Ahmad’s schedule,

  I joined OneLife Fitness before they opened as a founding member and got a really great deal. They opened about three weeks ago, and it has easily been the best gym experience I’ve ever had. The facility itself is incredible—huge open layout, tall ceilings, great design, and brand-new, top-tier equipment. Everything is kept spotless and well-maintained. I’m also really looking forward to the saltwater pool and cold plunge opening soon! The entire staff has been welcoming and helpful from day one. I did my Smart Start session with Erin, and she was fantastic—super professional, positive, and gave me great direction with my workout routine. Highly recommend joining if you’re looking for a clean, spacious, and motivating place to train!

  Absolutely the best gym. So much cardio equipment, so many machines. The sauna is hot, the recovery room is awesome. However I came to the reviews to review the childcare. It is absolutely exceptional. They’re playing games, doing crafts, getting my kiddos tired. They actually get us coming to the gym because they’re begging to go and the TV hasn’t been on for the two weeks we’ve been coming which is important to me. My 1 year old specifically asks where Miss Nia is if he doesn’t see her. Thank you all for the AWESOME childcare. If you have kiddos this is the only place to be.

  Could not be happier with this new gym, everything about it is perfection! From the moment you walk through those doors you are greeted with such contagious positive energy and nothing but smiles. Shout out to the front desk team on weekday evenings and to the morning crew on the weekends, the best! Love the classes and the instructors have all been top notch. The gym is sparkling clean, spacious and never feels too crowded. My granddaughter loves the child care area, Xavier and staff so fun and engaging with the kiddos. So happy to have you in Chapel Hill/Durham!

  I joined Onelife fitness before it opened because I had good things about the club. They recently opened their doors and it’s exceeded my expectations. Obviously being a new club it has all the perks with new equipment and the facility is nice and clean. A lot of open area and it’s not congested. They have a huge cardio area with treadmills (x20?), bikes, row machines and many others that I haven’t even touched. Everything about this place creates a very comfortable and relaxing environment to exercise and not feel like you’re going to bump into someone every time you turn around. I really enjoyed O2 fitness in Durham but paying $89 for the amenities, it just didn’t compare with Onelife Fitness being less costly and offering much more. The pool, cold plunge, hot-tub and red light therapy aren’t open yet but will be soon. The staff are all very friendly and it’s a great place to exercise. Another item that they offer that not many fitness centers offer is towel service!! If you’re into boxing, they have a full size ring. I’m sure it will get busier as folks find about it!!!
