  I just stopped by the preview center and wow! The energy from Arnie, Xavier and Mike is amazing! I’m currently a member at the Apex location but live 10 minutes from this one. One of my favorite parts of Onelife is the wellness area including red light therapy, dry sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, hydro massage and more. I’m super excited for the opening, fingers crossed it’s August!

  Enjoyed the preview, the team is knowledgeable and Trace did an excellent job of giving an overview of the new facilities. This will be a much needed great addition to the local gym scene!

  Stopped by the preview center this morning for a zumba class with Vilma. She was awesome!!! Sweet and engaging, easy to follow, great music with a variety of rhythms and moves. The class was outside the preview center. It was fun trying a class outdoors and a great workout. Everybody was welcoming and there was no pressure to join, just emphasis on building a community of people who cheer each other on!
