  Stopped in to try out the hydro massage and sign up for a membership. Xavier was so helpful, and everyone on the staff was warm and supportive. Can't wait to see the gym when it's finished and looking forward to beginning my health journey with them.

  I recently joined Onelife Fitness as a founding member and had an initial assessment with Coach Mike. The experience was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, genuinely personable, and very informative. What stood out most was how educated and dialed in he is in his field. During the assessment, he demonstrated a strong understanding of movement, strength, and mobility, with a level of attention to detail that reflects his background and expertise. He brings a high level of integrity and leadership to his role, and if this is the standard he’s setting, this location is in very good hands.

  Arnie was such a welcoming and accommodating person to work with, gave me a full run-down about Onelifr and everything they have to offer. They know that the customers come first and I respect that. Best of wishes to the Onelife fitness team! I highly recommend considering a membership! UNC students in the area this is the place to go!

  Just joined today! They were so nice showing us the future layout, equipment, and services. Super excited for their recovery room, dry sauna, and cold plunge . They have way better prices than other local gyms, and we even got a discount for being UNC employees. Super friendly and welcoming vibe. Can’t wait for them open!
