  Lens Crafters hands down has the best frames of anyone. Matt was nothing short of amazing in his assistance to help me determine the best choice of frames and lenses. Lens Crafters will always be my first choice

  Had a fantastic experience today for a vision exam and shopping for glasses. The desk staff were all very polite and attentive. The doctor was super informative and even showed me what my eye nerves looked like, which was very cool since I’ve never got to see that before at other offices. Bailey at the front was super kind and patient as I looked for the best frames. Overall would recommend!

  I decided to give Lens Crafters at Southpoint another opportunity. During this visit, I purchased two pairs of glasses for a total of approximately $1,200. Unfortunately, one pair arrived with lenses that are excessively thick around the edges and appear to have been mounted incorrectly. For a purchase of this value, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. What I find most frustrating is that every time I raise a concern or request assistance, I feel as though I am met with a negative attitude instead of professional customer service. In my experience, the team at Lens Crafters in Crabtree Valley Mall provides a far superior customer experience. Once I receive my corrected glasses, I have no intention of returning to the Southpoint location.

  Wish I could give a zero...Have been a loyal Lens Crafters customer for more that 20 years. this location for the last 8 years. Went today to get a prescription from 2 years ago renewed on a pair of sunglasses I use for driving. It has been the most accurate prescription I have ever had in my history of wearing glasses. They refused to do so claiming that the prescription was outdated and that I would need a new prescription. How can anyone tell me that a prescription I see through my own eyes is incorrect? I am very annoyed and disappointed that now I will need to find a new source for eyeglasses!!! Editing this review, a manager did respond to my concerns. She was very helpful and sold me a set of sunglasses from a later prescription. After a few weeks of using the new glasses they are tolerable but not anywhere near as accurate as the original prescription. I would love to add at least a star because everyone at this location has always been so, so good but I can't because of this issue. Very disappointed that I wasted another $200 on subpar sunglasses and will need to find a new eye care facility.
