Great location and great assistance. Thank you to the Optometrist who conducted the eye exam and to the Frame Service Associate who helped to pick my frames.

I went to pick up my glasses and the woman told me where to have a seat. She then checked our herself in the long mirror to primp before helping me. She never offered me a mirror but she made sure she looked as she wanted in the mirror.

I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses on May 16 and picked them up on May 21. After only about three weeks of use, the left speaker stopped working. Since I was still within the 30-day return/exchange period, I went to the store to ask what could be done. Kelley informed me that there was nothing LensCrafters could do because the issue was a hardware defect and that I would need to contact Ray-Ban directly. When I asked about the 30-day policy, she specifically told me that it only applied to things like changing frame colors or choosing a different frame, not replacing defective glasses. After calling Ray-Ban, I was informed that this was incorrect and that LensCrafters could still process an exchange within the 30-day period. When I returned to the store, I was then told that they could replace the glasses after all by transferring my prescription lenses into a new pair once they were ordered. What frustrated me most was being given incorrect information and feeling dismissed during my initial visit. There was no acknowledgment or apology after it was discovered that the information I was originally given was wrong. Because of the runaround and inconsistent information, I chose to take a refund instead of an exchange. For a product that costs this much, customers should receive accurate information and better customer service when dealing with defective products. Unfortunately, this was my first and last time shopping at LensCrafters.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
