  One of the employees just tested positive for covid after going into my grandmother’s house WITH NO MASK. Not only is this unprofessional but it’s just so wrong that the owner hasn’t made it clear to the employees that wearing a mask around elderly in their house isn’t just a recommendation it’s a requirement. I advise that no one use this service if you care about your family members.

  Home Instead provided 24/7 in-home care for my mother for 14 months until we moved her to a memory care facility. The reliability of Home Instead during that time was just amazing, thru two hurricanes and two record-breaking snowfalls, they never missed a shift. The caregivers treated my mother like she was part of their family, and several of them were with her throughout the entire 14 months. I'd also give Home Instead an A+++ for communication about schedule changes, care plans, and all other aspects of the services they provide. I can't speak highly enough of this company!
