  Worst customer service. I asked the guy behind the counter for some assistance in locating a product. I showed him that online is showing that he has several trail bottles of the alpha lion burn 2.0 in stock in all three flavors. The gentleman swore up and down that the website is wrong and that you did not have it. As I’m leaving the store frustrated I notice that the product I’m looking for is on the shelf at the front of the store after he swore up and down that the website is wrong. I told the guy that he probably needs to understand the layout of his store before telling someone he doesn’t have a product. Looking to buy a bottle of each flavor to try and left instead. I’ll let someone else have the sale.

  The owners of GNC are the worst this store is so messed up horrible customer service I really wish I could still receive the old customer service they were so helpful and kind. I am never coming back im going to a different GNC rn

  When a business say they open and you waste your lunch going and they closed - you make a decision to never go back.

  This is the second time i've come to this GNC and it is closed during operating hours. Its 10:53am. Says its supposed to be open on both google and the door schedule at 10am.
