  Jaqueline/jaclyn (sorry if misspelled) made our experience a 10/10. She was kind, patient & went above and beyond even with it being 1 hour to closing. I got my daughter 2 pair of glasses in 1 hour. I recommend going to see her to get the best customer service!

  Oh my God! They are so cheap and have the best glasses ever in the lowest price in the area. They also do the eye exam. I wish if I would have done with them, And I got the glasses from them with a very good price. Customer service is the best with a girl I forgot her name but she is the nicest girl. My daughter and I had the happiest day today.

  Overall, I had a good experience. The glasses were made quickly, and the product was of good quality. Today, I visited the store around 4:55 p.m. There was a sign on the door stating that they were closing early at 5:00 p.m., and I was not allowed in. It is a pity that there was no information about the early closure posted on Google or the business's website.

  Jimmy is amazing. I wrecked my glasses at work and was driving out of state for a reunion the next day. He opened the store 30 mins early for me the next morning on a saturday. The eye exam was one of the most thorough and in-depth compared to Visionworks/America's Best. Jacquelynn was the lady that helped me pick out frames and lenses and dealt with all insurance/sales. She was very honest and very helpful. The sales they had were amazing. My insurance was super minimal but I still left with my Raybans w/ transition and even a 2nd pair for work/when I'm in the field.The selection is very nice and the prices are even better. Both pairs were made in about 43 mins. This will be my new place for glasses from here on out. The wife will be going as well next week. Thank you for taking care of us. Can't recommend this place enough. 👍🏻

  I used to think buying frames from this place was a good thing, but not anymore. You definitely get what you pay for with these frames. How is it that the frames end up breaking right at the point of where the ear piece connects to the frame and I’ve only had the glasses for about 18 months with the warranty expiring this year. How ironic!! I always keep my glasses in their case when I’m not wearing them so they were still in good condition and not ready for the trash. This is definitely a result of ‘poor’ quality with the workmanship of the frames assembly… Terrible!! When asked if they could be repaired, I was told ‘No’ more than once. The only suggestion or solution was to replace the frames for $119+. But why would I do that given the quality of this frame? Absolutely not!! This was disappointing to hear and even more upsetting that they could not figure it out, the supposed ‘Professionals’. Surprisingly enough, when I returned home, with a little bit of guidance I was able to repair them myself….. Something Eyemart should have been able to do. Seems to me that they care more about making you spend more money rather than coming up with real or workable solutions. My recommendation, go elsewhere! You most definitely can do a whole lot better than Eyemart Express. Don’t waste your money!!! Read the other negative reviews and you’ll see why.
