- AJApril J1 day ago2.0I used to think buying frames from this place was good, but not anymore. You definitely get what you pay for with some of these frames. How convenient that the glasses came apart right at the bend ‘after’ the warranty expires. Would have had to pay another $120+ tax to replace them. Why would I do that when the frames did not last. The issue was not that the frames were old and damaged or not in good condition. They broke at the bend and looks like a new piece is needed. Asked if the glasses could be fixed and the woman helping me quickly replied ‘No’. Interesting enough though that super glue was able to fix what they couldn’t… Unbelievable!!! Buying all of my frames from BJs and Costco from now on. This place wasn’t even willing to work with me on any level. My recommendation…. Buy your frames someplace else where they’ll hold up and/or last for a while. Terrible!!

During the fitting process, you only had one of the correct multifocal monovision lenses for my right eye. I politely requested that you allow me to wear that lens since it was a correct fit and simply provide a trial lens for my left eye to complete the set. I explained that this would be a simple solution with no drawbacks, yet you refused. This interaction made my experience extremely unpleasant, and I felt my request was dismissed without reason. I am reaching out to share this feedback as I intend to escalate this matter to corporate.
