  Very friendly and supportive staff. Dr. Avason took time to share, educate, and answer all questions. Very personable, compassionate, and passionate about reducing fears and apprehensions about oral surgery

  Staff are very polite and friendly. Brooke is the bestest, too. Docs were very busy with procedures, and for the first time didn’t get to see one of them 🙁.

  Dr. Avason was very friendly and informative. He explained all aspects of my treatment, gave me several options, and was extremely knowledgeable. All of the staff was friendly and helpful as well.

  First time, very good experience. All the techs were friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor easy to talk with not just talk to. Answered all my questions, and not just pushing you out the door.

  My dental hygienist, Brook, was great! Very personable and professional! However after the cleaning it took over an HOUR for the dentist to see me for his 60 second check. He seemed in a rush and they were evidently running far behind. No one apologized for the wait. This is unacceptable. I did not protest while there since this was my first visit and I had time before my next appointment (which I made just in time). I honestly felt bad for the hygienist since this was going to throw her schedule behind as well. However I will not wait like this in the future. I’m retired but that doesn’t mean I don’t value my time.
