  I absolutely love YogaSix Cornelius! One of the best things about this studio is the variety of classes there is around 40 classes A WEEK— there really is something for whatever your body needs that day. Y6 Hot is perfect when you want to sweat and challenge yourself, Y6 Power gives you a strong, athletic flow, and Y6 Sculpt & Flow is such a fun combination of yoga, strength and cardio. Y6 Core is an amazing workout that really focuses on building core strength and stability, while still being a mix of mat Pilates and yoga. Y6 Slow Flow is perfect when you want to move and stretch at a more relaxed pace, and Y6 Restore is exactly what you need when you want to slow down, recover and reset. The teachers are fantastic, and I love that each one brings their own personality and style to class. The ownership is wonderful and has created such a welcoming, positive community, and the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable, especially for the quality and variety of classes offered. Whether you want a challenging workout, strength work, a great stretch or just an hour to decompress, YogaSix Cornelius has it. Such a great studio and such a wonderful addition to the Cornelius community!

  I want to start with the classes at yoga six are great. HOWEVER their customer service outside of the class is HORRIBLE. I have become extremely busy and have not been able to attend classes and paused my membership but have decided to fully cancel. BUT I tried reaching out by phone call over 10 times sense August 17th and I either got a voicemail or their phone just hung up on me. I texted their number like the voicemail explains and heard NOTHING back for 3 weeks. I finally got ahold of someone today September 1st and the guy who answered was very hostile with me saying "your membership has been cancelled for awhile" when I have receipts of my paused payment trying to come out on August 27th. He explained there was no reason for them to contact me back and repeated that I should have gotten an email from "cornelius@yogasix.com" that would have sent me a cancelation confirmation. I tried explaining to him that I have not received that email and instead of offering help he just kept yelling the email at me over and over. I have checked all my email inboxes as well as spam and have still not seen a cancelation confirmation email. I even have a promotional member service email from August 30th. BUT NO CANCELLATION EMAIL. I finally gave up trying to make him understand that I did not have an email and said "ok", he said "perfect" and immediately hung up. Extremely disappointed and frustrated, again the classes are great but when it comes to customer service they lack.

  I found YogaSix Cornelius after moving here from out of state. I came for the workout, but ended up finding a community here too. Power, Sculpt and Core are my favorite classes. I love the instructors, the music, and having an hour where I can just shut everything else out and focus on myself. No matter what kind of day I’m having, I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Really grateful I found this studio and the people in it!

  AMAZING business and customer service. I went in to see if this was where I wanted to take my fitness journey and had so much support and information given to me and didn’t feel pressured at all. Great pricing and the instructors are all amazing, I feel very comfortable. They also sell beautiful yoga gear - I bought the Lifeforme mat and it’s been life changing. Highly recommend joining this location!!! Namaste 🙏🏻

  I came in about a month and a half ago because I couldn’t touch my toes and I found that really discouraging. I did my first class (slow flow) with Kalah as my instructor and haven’t looked back since! I love Y6 and go every week. Kalah changes the flow by adding a few different poses but keeping the structure similar, so it’s easy to check your progress. This week was the best class yet! I feel challenged and like I can see weekly small wins with my mobility. She always takes the time to answer any questions I have about poses and I am just really happy I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try out this studio. I highly recommend trying a class— I can touch my toes now!
