- GBGrace BeanSep 4, 20261.0Trying to get a hold of the pharmacist about a prescription needing filled and I needed to speak with a real person, the automated message for this pharmacy gave me no option to speak with a real human, only to leave voicemails and get call backs later or talk with a robot. What happened to simply calling an office space and actually talking to someone to get help rather than go through AI. Will no longer be using this pharmacy and hope people take their business to a pharmacy that has real employees that actually answer the phone!!
