She found out exactly what I wanted and she kept showing me options and my experience was like I was shopping with my best friend!!!! She took the time to make sure she got it just right! I know I’m going to love my new Coach Glasses!! Also hats off to Tyler, the GM. He was professional, friendly and supported Kim and myself with all of the answers to my questions. Great team and they have me as a customer for life!

This is my second year returning, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. I ended up leaving with four pairs of glasses. Yes, they “hyped me up” into choosing the designer frames I loved, but when I divided the total by all four pairs, I only spent about $180 per pair—which is an incredible deal for quality designer eyewear. The selection is fantastic, the store is always clean, and even the technician in the back is friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you receive your glasses the same day whenever the lenses are in stock. From start to finish, everyone makes the experience easy and enjoyable. I’m a loyal customer for as long as Kim, Tyler, and the team are there. Highly recommend! 👓✨

She was an absolute gem! She took time walking us through every aspect of buying a pair of prescription glasses, and the various ways insurance may or may not cover the purchase. The range of available options looked great as well! Def planning to revisit.
