  BK Pilates in Concord is a super welcoming place. I was very nervous the first time I went because I have never done pilates before but all the teachers have been super helpful and explain things very well. All the teachers I've had have also been very friendly. It's also an amazing workout no matter your fitness level or athletic background.

  Really like the classes here. Instructors are great. I Only feedback I would give is I wish they would offer 5:30 and 6:30 PM classes like the Charlotte locations. In Concord, they are 5 PM and 6 PM sessions. Other than that, I love going to Pilates here.

  BK has been a game changer. I have a pretty significant range of health issues that have made mobility difficult over the past few years, and the instructors at BK have been so helpful providing me with the modifications needed to participate safely. They’ve made it so pilates truly can be for anybody, regardless of age and ability. A super special thank you to Becca, Katherine, and Ella for all of their help and support over this past year as I rebuild strength and stability.

  First time doing Pilates, took a chance on this studio when they first opened and it has been life changing! Only 2 months in and feel so much stronger! Update...still LOVING Pilates. I became pregnant shortly after starting and the instructors have been so wonderful with modifications that allow me to still have a great workout! Still going strong at 36 weeks! Love this place and the community :)
