    Eye exam was not rushed, comprehensive and professional. The glasses fitted was also very pleasant. Danissa spent plenty of time helping me find frames, adjust the fit and ensuring that this pair would work for my needs.

    (Carolina Mall, Concord location) I absolutely LOVE Dr. Graybeal!!! In my experience, customer service needs A LOT of help, very unprofessional. The first time I was there for an appointment, the one young lady, at reception, was not shy about her part of a conversation with her co worker, in talking about her frustration with her job, how busy the office was, and how she's not paid enough to handle everything she was doing. At this appointment, I was also fitted for contact lenses and was told I would be called when my trial pair had arrived, and a fitting appt would be made during that call. After approximately 10 days, I called and left a voice mail requesting a call back regarding the trial contacts. I never received a call back. The 2nd time I was there, I did not have an appointment, because I never received a call to tell me my order had arrived. The other "more professional" receptionist, told me she called and spoke with me. Ummm, no... You didn't. She apologized and showed me into the room, and I left after a brief discussion with the Dr about the trial lenses. She told me to call back in 2-4 days if there were any issues and they would reschedule for a new fitting with another size. I called about 3 days later, and again, got the voice mail. So I left another message indicating my name and number (once at beginning and a 2nd time at the end of the message, as is my normal) and explained my issue. Again, I never received a call back . Approximately 7-10 days after leaving my 2nd voice mail, I had to drive there again, without an appointment. The same young lady, muttered quite loudly that she didn't have time for "this" (me). At this visit, Lens Crafters (which is physically "attached" to Accuvision) Asst Manager Kayla, was helping at the desk, and she was AMAZING after I expressed my frustration. She followed up with me 2x by phone, once calling to let me know my order (from Accuvision) had been placed, and the next time when Accuvision received my order. Accuvision really needs to address this problem. If there was a way to give 5 stars to Dr. Graybeal and Kayla (From Lens Crafters) who was assisting Accuvision during a busy time, I would have done so.

    Well, I went in there with my Ambetter insurance card and she charged me $40 to take a picture of the back of my eye. I still have not received my $40. It’s ridiculous. I only took 10 minutes to do my eyes. I’ll never go back there.

    Top tier customer service. Receptionists and Dr. was very welcoming. The Dr actively listened to my questions and concerns and also answered my questions and gave suggestions. Fast and convenient service.
