- SSShardè SSep 28, 20262.0I’ve been going here for my exams for about 2 years. Had an appointment at 2 but wasn’t seen until about 30 minutes afterwards. When arrived I sat at front desk waiting for someone to check me in for about 10 minutes. Even if your insurance covers your exam they have made it now where you’re required to pay $39 for your prescription + copay which I think is crazy. I wasn’t told the new requirement until got to my appointment & my appointment was made way ahead of time. Someone could’ve called to let me know vs finding out when I got there.

They did the eye exam anyways and then billed me for the full amount. They do not know how properly to check your insurance. Do not go here unless you want an unexpected bill.

I get there, and I had to fill out all the same information again, plus a bunch of extra information. Sat there until 3:53, with 2 people in line in front of me for their appointments, and then walked out without seeing anyone. This place needs to do a better job of respecting people's time. I will not be back to this place.

- SSskylarSep 8, 20261.0Called to make a appointment and a girl answered just giggling moving the phone couldn’t even hear her, ask them if they took Medicaid she said yes, still giggling As well with someone in the background Went to ask if I needed to make an appointment on the phone or on the website and they hung up on me mid sentence. Definitely not getting my time 😂
