  Everyone was pleasant and got in quickly. Went in to get a bad tooth pulled and the dentist didn't feel comfortable doing it so he wanted to send me to Rockcliff Oral surgery. Made the appointment thinking they'd probably be able to pull my bad tooth but no it's for another consult. All I need is my tooth pulled that's affecting my right ear that's ringing and can't barely here out of it. So I found another Dentist that is willing to pull my tooth on 7/13/26 with me still being a new patient.

  An issue came up when my wife's cap came out and would need to be, hopefully, glued back. Cataloochee Denatl made it extremely easy to get a fairly quick appointment and was able to glue the cap back. Everyone was very professional and took care of this issue in such a professional manner. Thank you, Cataloochee Dental Group.

  I have been seeing Dr. Sparks for a few years now, since Dr. Fisher retired, and I could not be more pleased with the results. His professional approach and expertise in the dental field is second to none and I have never received anything less than a superb dental treatment experience with him. Dr. Fisher left big shoes to fill, but Dr. Sparks is most certainly up to the task. 5 stars, highly recommend!

  I am not complaining but I would like to make you aware of an issue that I consider high on the list of needing fixing. Your location is subpar. The halls inside are awkward and difficult to navigate (including thresholds) with a wheelchair. Getting inside isn't easy, either. There's only 1 wheelchair ramp, halfway down the building. One visit, it was blocked by a car so I tried to get up the curb. That's over-height and I'm a klutz so yes I tripped. Falling between the walkway and the bumper of the car parked there, I couldn't get up and it required calling 911, much to my humiliation. Even when the ramp is free, the sidewalk is very skinny making it nerve wracking to deal with, then when you get to your door, the only section of your overhang that's big enough for a wheelchair is blocked by flower planters. My husband runs up, moves it, runs back, then pushes me in. The doors also have no automatic opener. The outer one is very difficult to use due to the wide door and small sidewalk and planters blocking things. In the waiting room, there's no place to park a wheelchair that isn't in the way of someone. In text, I know I sound bitchy but I don't mean to be. I just want to make you aware
