- STScheduling TeamFeb 14, 20251.0I talked to someone in the pharmacy to call in a prescription. Person on the phone said they were only taking fax or e-scripts. I told employee that I did not have access to any of them. She responded " Well I don't know what to tell you I have a cast on my right arm and cant write" then she said "Please hold" came back and said the only other thing I can do is send you to leave me a voicemail with the prescription information I told her I had left one earlier today and they told my patient they did not receive it so I did not want to leave another one for the same thing to happen then she said " Well you will have to wait on hold until someone else can get to you because I can not write". I was on hold for 15min until John was able to get this taken car of. Point is Connie need to know how to handle these situations
