I needed a change to my usual workout routine and wanted to deepen my yoga practice which was at its infancy. I got much more in return, physically, mentally, and socially. The classes and workshops are top notch helping to deepen your understanding of the postures and yoga practice. The open, safe, positive environment transcends the classroom, and cultivates a great community where friendships are grown and encouragement is provided. It is very clean and the staff are friendly and always helpful. Towels are provided and at the end of hot classes a cold towel is provided. Overall, a game changer for me!

The staff and the teachers are all welcoming. You can walk into any class and be sure to have an excellent class with experienced instructors. Daheia has been my favorite instructor since day one! I take her Hot class. Other favorites right now include Vel for Sculpt, Nick for Slow Flow, Sandy for Power, and Marcus for Slow Flow. (Also love my classes with Rachel, Erin, Erika, and Nicole). You can’t miss!

I feel so welcomed when the front desk staff and instructors remember my name. I love how there are such a variety of classes! I definitely recommend trying a class or signing up, I have noticed an improvement in my strength, focus, balance, etc.
