  The whole experience from the eye exam to picking out glasses was quick and easy. Appt was on time and all the employees I interacted with were so friendly and helpful.

  I can’t say how thankful and please I’m with Dr. Dobbs and her team! They were kind enough to work me into their schedule, which already speaks volumes about how much they care about their patients. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Dr. Dobbs was thorough and understanding, and her team matched that same warm energy throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!

  I love working with Warby Parker to pick out my glasses. I don't like myself in glasses and didn't want to wear them, but got to the point where my readers weren't cutting it anymore. I didn't find any frames that I liked at my eye doctor's office. I kept hearing about Warby Parker advertised on my podcasts that I listen to, and decided to check them out. I first used their website and ordered some frames to send to my house to try out in person at home. Then I sent those back and went into a store. There are so many frames to choose from, and the employees are so helpful and kind that I felt very comfortable and found some frames that actually fit my smaller face. I highly recommend this company!!

  I was impressed with the friendliness and patience of the employees who assisted me. Jim was SO helpful and did not rush me, which I appreciated very much. I haven't gotten my new glasses yet, but I think I will like them. Cost a little more than I expected, but I have a weird prescription and got some extras on the lenses. Overall, a really good experience and super customer service.
