  I needed a new pair of glasses and we dropped by Warby Parker at Southpark. The staff was very helpful and we quickly found what we needed.

  Rosie was excellent, she listened to my needs and really understood what I was looking for. It felt like I was shopping with my bestie! If you want a five star experience you have to go in and ask for her. I can’t wait to show off my new frames!

  I’ve been a client of the South Park Warby Parker store in Charlotte since they opened in the mall. Through the years they provided great service with excellent quality and price. WAIT!!! I visited the South Park store this morning and what a horrible experience I had with 3 service folks. I truly felt like they didn’t want to do business with me. Most of what the associates stated was “Doom and Gloom”, “now if this happens you have a problem”.Specifically not taking any accountability of how to save a sale or ownership was pathetic. I’m very disappointed in the horrible experience I received today. I’ll never recommend the South Park Warby Parker Store to anyone ever again!!! The staff needs guest service training and very quick. I guess I wasn’t exclusive enough for the South Park Warby Parker.

  Extremely disappointed with my experience at Warby Parker SouthPark. I understand they have a 5-minute grace period for appointments, but we walked into the store just 2 minutes beyond that window. The appointment was for my mother-in-law, who is in her late 70s. Walking through the mall and getting into the store simply took us a little longer than expected. Despite being only 2 minutes past the grace period, we were told her appointment was gone and would need to be rescheduled. What bothered me most was the way it was handled. The staff repeatedly reminded us that they had sent notifications about the 5-minute grace period. Yes, we understood the policy. But there is also something called courtesy, compassion, and good customer service—especially when dealing with an elderly customer. If being 2 minutes beyond the grace period means automatically losing an appointment, perhaps the policy should be reconsidered. More importantly, the staff could have handled the situation with far more kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left a terrible impression, and I would not recommend this location.

  I had an excellent experience selecting frames for my new eyeglass prescription today at Warby Parker today in South Park in Charlotte, North Carolina. Rosie was outstanding in every way, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. She showed me a variety of frames to choose from. She made sure my prescription was appropriate for the frames I was choosing. She appropriately offered and outlined all the various options for the lenses and frames. It was an excellent Customer Service experience.
