Great options at great prices! Staff at the Southpark location were prompt, professional and personable. They made the whole process simple for me and were never pushy.

Professional friendly good prices and super nice and knowledgeable staff. Specifically, the optician apprentice Rose who helped me with my eye exam. Also, Dr. Walsh gave me a lot of time and was very nice when explaining my prescription

Fantastic service, as usual, and they helped me resolve a frame issue while on site. I’m impressed every time that I visit Warby!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Warby Parker SouthPark location. I had an eye exam scheduled for 2:55 PM. Knowing I was going to be about 10 minutes late, I tried calling the store to let them know. To my surprise, there is no way to contact the store directly. Instead, I was routed to a national customer service representative who had to send an email to the store on my behalf. For something as simple as notifying the office that I was running a few minutes late, this process is completely unnecessary and inefficient. I arrived at the store at 3:00 PM. Despite my concern about being slightly late, I was told the staff wasn’t ready for me anyway and was asked to browse the store while I waited. After waiting another 30 minutes, I checked in again. Only then was I told there was an audio issue with the doctor and they were still trying to fix it. No one had proactively updated me during that entire wait. I asked whether they could simply text or call me once the issue is resolved so I wouldn’t have to continue sitting in the store. Instead, I was told they had two more appointments scheduled later this afternoon, implying they couldn’t accommodate my request. I found this response incredibly frustrating. If your audio issue caused me to wait over 30 minutes, why not adjust the later appointments the same way my appointment was effectively delayed? The most frustrating part was that I was made to feel as though I should reschedule even though I was already at the location and had already spent significant time waiting because of an issue entirely on Warby Parker’s side. This experience reflects poor communication, inflexible customer service, and an appointment system that places all the burden on the customer. It’s unacceptable that customers cannot contact the store directly, are left waiting without updates, and are then expected to rearrange their own schedules because of problems caused by the store. I expected much better from Warby Parker.

Great experience here! I was initially assisted with choosing the frames for my new sunglasses, submitting insurance and ordering. It was a wonderfully easy process! Upon glasses being ready for pick up, Rosie- the Optician helped me with minor adjustments to give me the perfect fit on my face. Her approach and care was fabulous! Very impressive overall and I highly recommend Rosie and the Opticians at the South Park mall. Thank you!
