  Store was bright and clean and well-lit - perfect for trying on glasses. Mackenzie was great and assisted me in trying on quite a few pairs of glasses and gave very helpful insights as to which lens shape may be best for my face! That was very helpful as I tried on so many styles! I left with a new pair of glasses and a cute pair of readers! Everyone at the store was very friendly and helpful.

  Wow! The Warby Parker experience offered the opposite of the often claustrophobic, crowded traditional eye exam office. The in-person technician and virtual doctor both offered a high level of professionalism. The exam was easy to book online, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. There’s a great selection of frames in the lovely showroom. The best part may be that I did not feel rushed or pressured during the exam or the eyeglass selection. Customers are free to wander around the lovely showroom and try on glasses with assistance or fashion advice provided when asked. Highly recommend!

  Awful service. I received a prescription for contact lenses and was sold contacts that were not even close to my prescription. The young woman said…”prescriptions can change every year “… not so much that I couldn’t see. They begrudgingly gave me a refund. I will never go back

  First time at this location, I typically go to the Atherton Mills store. I ordered a new pair of glasses, and when they came in the prescription was not quite right, even though I had just gotten a new prescription from my doctor. They offered to re-do the glasses and to replace them again if they were still not right once the new pair came in. The associate took his time to understand what the issue was and to help me figure it out. I really liked this store, it was less busy than the Atherton Mills location, and they offer a slight different glass selection from other locations.
