If i could give 0 stars i would because first they don't tell you the price of anything until you go to checkout, Look out for sticker shock as it will be there, as the personel there are nice people that does not cover the secrecy of prices until checkout and the inserts they sell are the same that you can buy at Walmart for about 40 dollars which is a hell of a lot cheaper than what the gfs sells and walmart also has a machine that measures your problem and the orthotics they sell are dr, scholls brand and are better in my opinion as a buyer of them. getting to my reaction to the sticker shock I was quoted just for inserts a price of around 1200 dollars and told the salesperson then that i was on disability and could not afford that price. well the price dropped to 400 dollars with a military discount from 500 dollars and the steps they take you through while in the store lead you to believe the orthotics are doing something good for you but in reality after wearing them for the time they tell you to my feet started hurting worse than when i went there. I did not know nor was i told before purchasing that the items were non returnable and a no refund policy was not brought to my attention at all at any time during my visit. as this is stated in fine print on the receipt after you have made the purchase of their junk orthotics that are not customized for your feet and despite all the 5 star reviews on their website through google you can take my word for it yes some people do get relief but this is a situation of what works for one does not work for all and one size does not fit all people. This in my opinion is dishonest price gouging and totaly unacceptable behaviour for a business to operate in such a manner. I have a return appointment that i will NOT be keeping and I recomend anyone with feet problems see a real foot doctor that speacialises in foot care hip care or back care as the orthotics do not fix everything and your money is wasted and you cant get it back. Do I recommend the good feet store? HELL NO!

Tanner was the associate I met with at The Good Feet Store. He was professional, friendly and very patient with me as he explained the treatment plan for my particular problem. Today is 4 days into the treatment and I am seeing very positive results. I have a way to go but I am very satisfied with my decision to visit The Good Feet Store.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
