  The experience was great. Ms. Sophia was very helpful and patient while we finalized the frames. She also worked to find us good deals on both the frames and lenses since I didn’t have insurance coverage. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

  Miss Zion did excellent job on helping me with my new glasses. Everybody in the store was very nice and helpful. I will recommend it always.

  Came to demo the Nuance Audio frames and the representative for the product Victor decided it was time to debate why the frames aren’t for me. I told him I did the research and a targeted ad is what brought me demoing the item. Instead he tried mansplaining to me how the product can hurt me. I countered and we discussed frequencies anything you can think of….. I tried reasoning with the dude and told him I’ll head to LensCrafter if he won’t proceed to try and sell the product. He kept smiling and laughing and said okay okay it’s not a problem. One of the worst sales experiences in my life. Make it make sense. Worst part is I came in a day before to demo but he wasn’t around and the other lady was overly polite about the frames. Do better Target Optical. Still 20 minutes in trying to troubleshoot the demo app. I don’t think he is the right representative for this product. Edit I went back almost a week later and the manager finally let me purchase the frames. She at first stated that I needed to have a note from a doctor which is obviously one big fat lie. Experience with her was awful obviously because I called corporate. I rather go blind then purchase another set from the nasty entitled booth.

  Excellent experience from start to finish! Shanelle was friendly, professional, and made all of my initial testing comfortable and easy. Dr. Suttles was thorough, caring, positive, and explained my eye health in a way I truly appreciated. The team in Target Optical was also extremely helpful and patient while I looked at frames and worked through my options. I left feeling informed, cared for, and confident in my choices. Great customer service all around!

  I absolutely adored Dr Smith and the optician practice that was at your Steele Creek location. All of a sudden with no notice you changed practices, with no communication to patients that could have squeezed in one more visit. I walked in to make an appointment for my husband and myself and there was no one else in the place. I was then informed I should walk through and go to the optical section to make an appointment because "they weren't doing anything"...so I walked through to the optical department and sat and sat and sat, and eventually got up and said I could have made both appointments online already forget it and left. What an absolute overnight nosedive in service. They never asked my name, end at this point it doesn't even matter how great the new optician is, you've already turned me off.
