Lady at front was rude saying “we start back up at 1pm..do you have an app or something !?!” I say yes at 1pm. It’s 12:45. You said arrive 15mins earlier. Her response and I quote “well they shoulda been stopped saying that so yea. Come back at 1pm!” Needless to say I LEFT ! Never again. Teach people how to talk to your patients! It’s simple really.
