  After a hard work out, my son and I came in for 60 min contrast therapy, hot sauna and cold plunge mix. The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the services. It was such a great experience! We hooked up to Bluetooth speaker in sauna and spent great quality time, --talked about business and life. Complete privacy. The therapy was amazing and we floated our way out the door! We look forward to trying each service, ---of course we bought the total package. Tremendous experience and can't wait to come back. My new hobby! Highly recommend you try it!

  The Staff are awesome! Super welcoming and very well informed. Cold plunge and sauna were great! Would highly recommend👍

  Isabelle is the best! She is so kind and knowledgeable. She gave me great insight to what services I needed and was my cheerleader when I was scared to do cryotherapy! 10/10 recommend coming in.
