  This was our first time trying pause!! I must admit I have never been to a wellness center before. Leah was our guide through the whole experience. She explained each treatment to us and mapped out the way we should try everything. We started off with the cryotherapy room first. In here you get into a cryogenic chamber which because if it's super low temperatures helps support metabolism, circulation and muscle recovery. Next we went into the infrared sauna & cold plunge room. That room was self explanatory. The cold plunge is designed to energize the body and awaken the senses. Yeah it definitely did that!! Next we headed to my favorite room which is the float therapy room. It's basically a salt water deep relaxation pool. As someone who always sinks this was the coolest thing I experienced. I'm not gonna lie..I'm pretty sure I fell asleep in there😂. Lastly we did the Normatec compression therapy. They put these giant sleeves on your legs at whatever level you choose. They are suppose to help with lymphatic drainage, soreness & relieve pain. To top it all off while we were recieving our last treatment they offered us some refreshing herbal tea. Leah & Zari check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. By the time we left we needed a driver because we were so relaxed!😍. Definitely coming back! Side note: If you find this place is difficult to find..its the top parking deck infront of Bank Of America.

  This was such an amazing experience. The Pause crew were all friendly and sweet. There was definitely a "calm" in the air as soon as we walked in. We chose a Float. The rooms were large - open and very clean. The shower felt great after our Salt float.
