  I have been a patient at northwest for over 30 years .my physician, Jennifer is absolutely wonderful. She takes care of me like I’m the only patient she has. She’s Johnny on the spot about everything I ask. Her nurse and lab tech are great too. The staff are so kind and helpful. All in all I wouldn’t change a thing at northwest

  An Outstanding Doctor and a Wonderful Medical Practice! I’ve been a patient at this office for over 25 years, and I can honestly say that I couldn’t be happier with the addition of Dr. Ho. I’ll admit that I was a little apprehensive at first. Change is never easy, especially when you’ve had such a great relationship with your previous doctor over so many years. However, Dr. Ho and I hit it off instantly, and any concerns I had quickly disappeared. Dr. Ho is a genuinely great guy who is easy to talk to, takes the time to listen, and makes you feel comfortable discussing your health. What has impressed me most is how thorough he is with my care and how genuinely concerned he is about my overall health and well-being. You can tell that he truly cares about his patients and takes the time to make sure nothing is overlooked. I also have to give a special shout-out to his nurse Aja, who is always amazing! Her kindness, professionalism, and wonderful attitude make every visit that much better. It’s clear that the entire team plays an important role in creating such a positive experience for patients. Finding a doctor you trust and feel comfortable with is incredibly important, and Dr. Ho has made this transition seamless. I had a wonderful relationship with my former doctor, and I’m grateful to have found that same level of confidence and comfort with Dr. Ho. After more than 25 years with this practice, I’m thrilled to know I’m in such good hands moving forward. Dr. Ho is an excellent addition to the office, and his nurse and the rest of the team make this a truly outstanding practice. I highly recommend Dr. Ho and the entire staff to anyone looking for compassionate, thorough, and genuinely caring medical professionals. I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive!

  The nicest staff ever wow! Had three tests and could not have been more comfortable. Everyone was so great at listening to my symptoms and made me feel so much better about them.

  We have been patients here for years, and I can’t say enough good things about the care we’ve received. Everyone is compassionate, attentive, and truly take the time to listen. We have always felt cared for and supported. We are incredibly grateful for the consistency, kindness, and excellent care this office has provided our family over the years. Highly recommend!

  I have been going to Dr Larsen for almost 12 years and i have always liked him and have never had an issue with him or his staff. Since he retired, this place has gone down hill. I went in to have my yearly blood draw so i can continue to get my meds filled (per their request). My appointment was at 3:20. I arrived 10 minutes early. 3:45 i still was not called back and other people came in after me and they were called back within 5 minutes. I went to reception and asked what was going on and was told it will only be a few more minutes. I finally got called back around 4:00. I saw Dr. Ho. What a mistake that was. I never in my life felt so uncomfortable with a doctor before. He came in the room. Stood by the door the entire time. Hardly asked any questions and just said he would send in my prescription request. I always have a blood draw at these appointments but nothing today. Then I had a concern about an issue with my wrist, i explained to him i am in a lot of pain, i am not sure what i did to it (hoping maybe an x-ray would be done) and he just said he would call me in an anti inflammatory. (not even looking at it). He definitely did not care about me or anything i had going on. I verified the pharmacy with him and he still called the prescriptions into the wrong pharmacy. I will now be looking for a new doctor's office since this experience has been horrible. Dr. Ho has no business being a doctor he definitely does not care about patients.
