Sep 9/9 I sent an email to them and was replied: “I apologize for the delay in processing your order ############. Your order was stuck in our system. If you would like to cancel the entire order, please let us know via email and we can complete the cancellation for you. We can offer you a 30% off voucher for your next online purchase. If you would like to wait for now, no immediate action is required. We will get this escalated to ensure we get your order shipped as soon as possible. Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain tracking information.” I asked to wait and get my contacts and was informed order was going to be expedited. Yesterday 9/17, I looked for order status, still showing in progress, asked for status and record r the same email. Horrible experience Update: I got a reply but I guess was automated as well.. the link provided is for purchases in stores not online … 🤦♀️.
