Still no word when the second pair were set to arrive. Returned my glasses. Throughout the whole process I received no communication from the lens crafters team. The only reason I knew the glasses were behind schedule was because I called the store. Not saying all Lens Crafters are bad, but this one definitely is! Stay away and go to a different location!

I highly recommend Lens Crafters in Southpark and seeing Marissa if you can!

After having my eye exam at Dr. Musler & Associates next door, I ordered a replacement pair from this LensCrafters location and was thrilled they were able to get the exact same frames. After picking up my glasses, I realized something didn’t seem right. When I came back, Sean immediately noticed that the lenses had been made as single-vision distance lenses instead of the progressive lenses I had ordered. He quickly identified the issue and asked Marissa to work with me. Since this was my first experience with progressive lenses, I really appreciated the consultation from Marissa. She took the time to explain how progressive lenses work, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the different lens options and what would best fit my everyday needs. The entire consultation felt collaborative, informative, and never rushed. Sean and Marissa made the adjustment process easy and turned the situation into a very positive experience. I greatly appreciated their knowledge, patience, and customer service. I highly recommend this LensCrafters location.
