A lady—I didn't catch her name, but she has short blonde hair—approached me and said in Spanish that it’s not right to use children as translators, calling it negligence. She said that if she went to a country like Colombia where Spanish is spoken, she would speak the language, so I should learn it too. I’m sorry, but isn't that racism? How can she call that negligence? One tries to learn the language, but surely someone who is there to assist customers shouldn't be making comments like that, right? Anyway, it’s sad if that’s how she thinks.
