- RRRedPoetrySep 9, 20214.0UPDATE: There are a few new staff and building a rapport with the staff is important. I noticed since I did have to get a little bit firm with one of the techs, she is actually awesome now. Kelly, the pharmacy manager/pharmacist is absolutely completely awesome. So my review has gone up for them and I would say that if you do experience any rudeness make sure you either let them know or you use a firm tone so they learn to respect you. It’s too bad we have to do that but we’re all human. We are here to teach others things and other people to teach us things so we need to teach them about Customer Service no matter where you are or what service you’re getting because it damn sure isn’t like it used to be.
