- JTJ TMay 21, 20265.0These five stars are specifically for the greatest pharmacy tech of all time, Nicholas. Every time I have spoken to him, he has been patient, personable and, best of all, completely competent. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that my sometimes finicky needs are met, which has literally made my daily life easier (I've got a lot of prescriptions). I hope his supervisor sees this and gives him a raise, because that guy is doing the most for that pharmacy. No, i do not personally know Nicholas. He's just an absolute gem.

The pharmacist in charge assigns her best staff to handling customers and that makes all the difference. Give them your business, you won't be sorry.

No carriages available sometimes and when asked for one they just shrug their shoulders and walk away. Lottery machines not working or out of tickets a good majority of the time. This is just some of the problems with this location. Been to other Harris Teeter store locations and they were great...night and day difference from this store....its disappointing.

- AGAmye GrantJun 30, 20173.0I love this Harris Teeter location and decided to try the pharmacy today. While the people were friendly, I didn't have the best experience. I dropped off my prescription and was told there'd be a 15 minute wait. I ran errands and came back hours later...only to be told there would be a 15 minute wait AGAIN. You never know how much pain a customer is in so please, have prescriptions ready at the promised time.
