- GCGreg CoxAug 31, 20261.0Rude customer service. Did not explain what I was paying for, just told me the amount of payment due. Acted like it was a bother to ask what prescriptions I’m paying for. Got excellent customer service from the pharmacist two days. It’s hit or miss. Be prepared for rude customer service.

Every time I have spoken to him, he has been patient, personable and, best of all, completely competent. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that my sometimes finicky needs are met, which has literally made my daily life easier (I've got a lot of prescriptions). I hope his supervisor sees this and gives him a raise, because that guy is doing the most for that pharmacy. No, i do not personally know Nicholas. He's just an absolute gem.

No carriages available sometimes and when asked for one they just shrug their shoulders and walk away. Lottery machines not working or out of tickets a good majority of the time. This is just some of the problems with this location. Been to other Harris Teeter store locations and they were great...night and day difference from this store....its disappointing.
