I’ve been running out of medications because I can’t get anybody on the phone and I’m on certain medications that need a new script every time, so I can’t fill it online. Finally, I went down to the store and they told me that they were just too backed up to get to it that day and I just had to come back tomorrow, despite the website telling me that it would be available by 6pm. Today it was an issue with a prescription discount card that I used there last month. They’re always understaffed, but that’s been an issue for much longer.
