  Went in there to get a supplement and the two men in the store told me I needed to give them a phone number in order to purchase anything in the store. If I did not give them my number they would not check me out. Straight up LIE! You do not need a phone number to check out and do NOT let these fools deceptively sign you up for stuff even if it’s “free” your personal information is DATA and I will not be handing over my information if I don’t want to. These men are deceptive and do not follow GNC policy. Do NOT shop here who knows what else they are lying to you about. BTW if you are the two men working here I have contacted corporate and have reported you. And I will make sure it goes all the way to the top.

  I placed an order 3 days ago and it still wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up. When I arrived, the store was closed for an hour, so I waited. When I tried again, the employee was sitting down eating and told me there was absolutely nothing he could do to help me. He was literally just eating while refusing service and closing the store whenever he wanted. On top of that, the store looked completely disorganized and messy. Very unprofessional experience.

  I have tried to go to this store 2 times over the last 2 months. I typically go around my lunch time at work. Between 12- 2. For some reason, every time I go the person in the store is away. Probably at lunch. The always leave the same sign 'be back in so many minutes'. The problem with the sign, you never know if they just left or is almost ready to return? Time is based on when they left which I have no clue about. So frustrating!
