  Gnc is an absolutely horrible company. They treat their staff like crap and force them to be super pushy with customers. They barely train their staff on any of the products that they sell and lie to customers saying things are safe when that isn't necessarily true. Stop giving these people your money.

  I’d like to think I’ve seen bad customer service before — the experience I had at this GNC tonight tops it all. I came in looking for a specific product and rather than being helpful the “team member” (red haired male with black glasses) behind the counter proceeded to use expletives at me and walked me over to exact opposite of what I asked for. When he finally gave up and realized that I wasn’t buying into his uneducated and frankly idiotic attempts to try to get me to buy something that he thought was better — he finally just huffed and walked away. If this was an employee of mine, he would have been fired on the spot.

  The guy working apr 26 during the day was very helpful. I needed help figuring out what pre workout to get and he was very honest and informative.

  This is probably only the second negative review I’ve ever left on google. I can usually brush off terrible customer service but the individual working at 8pm on 3/4 was especially terrible. I asked him a question about pre workouts and all he could say to me is he doesn’t recommend pre-workouts to anybody because they probably won’t like what he likes. Then he proceeded to just point in the direction where pre-workouts were. I then sat on my phone for a few minutes, trying to check out some reviews and not once did he look up from his extremely busy schedule to ask if he could help me. I circled him a couple times trying to navigate my way around the store and not once did he look up. I went out of my way to come to GNC because it was open the latest, but I am thankful I have so many other options on other days.
