They barely train their staff on any of the products that they sell and lie to customers saying things are safe when that isn't necessarily true. Stop giving these people your money.

I came in looking for a specific product and rather than being helpful the “team member” (red haired male with black glasses) behind the counter proceeded to use expletives at me and walked me over to exact opposite of what I asked for. When he finally gave up and realized that I wasn’t buying into his uneducated and frankly idiotic attempts to try to get me to buy something that he thought was better — he finally just huffed and walked away. If this was an employee of mine, he would have been fired on the spot.
