  I've taken classes with several instructors at this studio, and one thing I've noticed is that the quality and style of instruction can vary quite a bit from teacher to teacher. While every instructor brings something different, some classes feel much more intentional and thoughtfully structured than others. But trust me you will find someone that resonates with you. Sydney's classes consistently stand out. Her sequencing is well thought out, cues are clear and easy to follow, and each movement feels purposeful. She strikes a great balance between challenge and control, making the workout effective while maintaining excellent form and flow. I always leave her classes feeling stronger and like I got the most out of my time. Overall, it's a great studio, but Sydney's instruction along with a few others such as Jayden and Slavka, is what keeps me coming back!

  The whole team of ladies here and especially crystal are the sweetest, always make me feel welcomed, and truly care and are compassionate about what they do. I’ve been going to this location for over a year and love everything about it. The classes, the instructors, the front desk agents, and just the overall clean environment.

  I visited Club Pilates for the first time to take advantage of the complimentary 30-minute introductory class and came away with a very positive impression. My instructor, Demi, led the session at a well-paced and approachable tempo that felt appropriate for first-time reformer participants. She was attentive to form and offered thoughtful corrections throughout the class in a manner that felt encouraging rather than corrective. The studio itself was clean and well-maintained, and the overall experience was welcoming enough that I booked a full 50-minute class immediately following the intro session. A solid first impression and a studio I would recommend to anyone in Charlotte looking to explore reformer Pilates for the first time.
