  Dr.Slovak is so patient!!!!! He explains everything and answers any questions that you have!!!! I would definitely, definitely, definitely recommend this place!!!! Our visit was perfect!!!! I was really impressed!!!

  It seems very rare today to find a doctor and staff that 1)doesn’t seem to try to get as much out of your insurance and your wallet as possible 2)pin points exactly what you need, without jumping to extremes 3) actually has appointments available without waiting weeks 4) has a wonderful staff that returns your phone calls same day. Dr. Slovak is a wonderful, caring professional with the same caring staff that creates a great experience, at a time you may be struggling with an injury or illness.

  After a thorough exam, Dr. Slovak knew right away what my problem was and referred me to the correct specialist. He is a very knowledgeable doctor with a professional, kind and friendly demeanor.
