Oticon”s stellar reputation and personal prior performance track record combined with my experience using the iPod Pro 2 and 3 convinced me that the in-ear style suited me well and was preferable to the overall higher performing Phonak device. While the Oticon Zeal is not perfect, it’s an exceptional step up for me from Oticon”s prior model, the Intent. I’m thrilled with the experience I had with Jeff—he’s super personable and brings a wealth of experience to the table in this rapidly evolving technology and is impressive in his face to face interactions. I’m thankful for Jeff and for the Oticon Zeal which has helped preserve the life of my Sony Bravia television by years!
