Shanelle, my technician, was friendly, professional, patient, and made all of the initial testing and imaging comfortable and easy. Dr. Sara Suttles was outstanding. She was thorough, caring, and took the time to actually explain what she was seeing and what it meant in a way that other eye doctors simply have not done for me. What stood out most was her approach. She was honest and informative about things that need further evaluation, but never negative or alarming. Instead, she explained that without all of my previous history, we could establish a baseline, get the appropriate follow-up, and build from there. I really appreciated that. The technology and imaging were impressive, the entire examination was thorough without feeling drawn out, and Dr. Suttles listened to my concerns and referred me to the specialist I preferred for continued care. After some less-than-great eye care experiences elsewhere, this was exactly what I was looking for. I left feeling heard, respected, informed, and cared for. Shanelle and Dr. Suttles made this a five-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
