- ACAja ClaireJun 26, 20265.0Have had this studio in my “recent search” on Google Maps frequently because I can come back for any of my slow yoga, power yoga, and pilates/core/sculpt class needs! I love to keep a rotation of studios and Y6 is def one of the most frequent. Shout out to Abby and the new Core class she instructs~ got me and my friend struggling together 😂

I’ve been going consistently since January 2026 and have gotten a feel for the different personalities and styles of teaching of several main instructors and can always pick which class I want to go to depending on the vibe I want (upbeat and silly or rejuvenating and peaceful). For people leaving negative reviews about their experience, I strongly recommend trying multiple formats/instructors to see what your fit is! We are all human so naturally will have preferences for different styles!

I never would have expected that I'd be going every day of the week, but very quickly, that's what has happened! The instructors and staff are incredibly friendly and bring a truly positive energy to class every day. Attending these classes has inspired me to push myself, and I've been so surprised by what I can do on the mat. Coming to YogaSix is also a great way to meet new friends and de-stress after class. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
