  No Wi-Fi is disappointing and not acceptable. Vision therapy appointments last one hour for kids and not having service or access to wifi is not reasonable for parents. Upsetting wifi was removed. We love Sandi and the entire staff is wonderful! I have referred many families for services - But may be forced to leave due to no wifi. Please bring back WiFi.

  I've been going to Dr. Heather O'Mara at Triangle Visions Optometry for several years now and am very pleased with the care I receive. She's thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. She takes time to explain things thoroughly. She will mention various options that are available (such as additional retinal imaging; the possibility of specialized glasses, such as for computer use), describe when and why they might be appropriate, and answer all questions. She doesn't explore thes options if they're not appropriate or raised by the patient and there's no sense at all that she's pushing unnecessary add-ons. A couple of examples: Because my family history includes instances of macular degeneration, she raised the issue of deep retinal scans, and I opted in. Raising this additional testing was completely appropriate and she explained what information it would yield and how she would use thaat informaation to advise me on optimal eye care. When I mentioned some eye strain from reading, she mentioned that separate reading glasses may help more than the progressive lenses in my regular glasses and measured me for a suitable reading prescription. She pointed out that, because my two eyes differ in the required correction, off-the-shelf readers wouldn't work for me. Again, this was an appropriate issue for her to raise. She didn't urge me to buy them (and, in fact, I didn't) but merely wanted me to have the information to pursue whatever path I preferred. I feel that based on multiple years of experience, I can strongly recommend Heather O'Mara and Triangle Visions Optometry.

  I had an excellent experience at my optometrist visit. The doctor was incredibly friendly and took the time to go into great detail, making sure I fully understood everything about my eye health and prescription. It never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how thorough and patient they were throughout the entire exam. Choosing frames was just as enjoyable. There was a wide variety of options to pick from, but what really stood out was how quickly the staff understood my style. They guided me toward frames that suited me perfectly, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
