- DBdavid branniganOct 29, 20261.0My whole experience with this company has been very very poor. Some many weeks ago when I went to get new orthotics I was attended to by a doctor that did not seem at all engaged or particularly attentive. And so it proved to be. When after some weeks I had heard nothing from them I called to see when they would be ready only to find he forgot to send them out to be made. Then when they finally called to say they were ready I took time off work to collect them. When I arrived they could not find them, eventually they found they’d been sent to their Raleigh clinic. Again what I find most annoying is the blithe perfunctory apologies as though this was par for the course. Low level of professionalism and customer service and accountability.
