Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
I absolutely love barre3—this is truly my favorite fitness studio I’ve ever experienced.
I’ve tried many different types of workouts before, but honestly, I’ve always had a hard time sticking with them. barre3 is the first place where I genuinely look forward to every class. Whenever I have free time, I want to come here.
The classes are thoughtfully designed, combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness in such a balanced and enjoyable way. The instructors are incredibly kind, supportive, and motivating—they make you feel comfortable no matter your level.
The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and has such a positive energy. For me, it’s not just about exercise anymore—it’s something that makes me feel happy, strong, and recharged.

Dana has picked an amazingly talented group of enthusiastic, professional, kind and fun instructors who lift my spirits, challenge my body and make sure I don’t injure myself. This place is awesome! I love the full body workouts and the energy of all the instructors. Each class has a similar format but is never the same, and there are always modifications for whatever you are feeling that day.
