They told me they would file a claim with my insurance on my behalf because my insurance is out of network and that I would be reimbursed for $100 still. Well, they didn't file the paperwork correctly and now my insurance is denying the claim and making me do the runaround of filling out paperwork and mailing documents myself. I was sold on these WP glasses because they said they'd take care of the whole process for me.
