  The staff is amazing.i have been going weekly for 3 years and can tell you the 50 minute stretch has made a big difference in my agility. It’s a true game changer.

  I really enjoyed it. Jenny was my stretcher. She did an excellent job. I honestly think I enjoyed it more than a massage. If I had more time and could commit to the packages, I would have probably went for it. But as an alternative to a massage or something else as a gift, this is in my opinion it really great experience and was enjoyable.

He takes time to understand your needs, tailor each session specifically for you, and guides you through stretches that leave you feeling lighter, more flexible, and completely renewed. I always leave with better posture, less tension, and a big smile on my face. He has a combination of expertise and genuine care. He makes the experience both effective and enjoyable. It’s not just a stretch—it’s self-care at the highest level. He greets you with warmth and professionalism.   Absolute scam. I got a starter package and clearly discussed with the team that I will be using one stretch as I was going out of town and I was committed that I will get extra time to use my starter package. They booked me for a stretch today, I drove 30 minutes and now they want me to buy more starter packages where else I’ve already paid a huge amount for some thing that I haven’t used and they are going back on their commitment. Horrible business practices. Absolutely Avoid the place. I have a audio recording of the entire discussion. They just lost a long time customer
