  If Google allowed 10 stars, Cason and Stalls Medical would get every single one of them! Cason went above and beyond for our daughter, Dallas. Through his extensive network, he was able to source a manual wheelchair for her and personally came to her physical therapy location to deliver it. He spent as much time as necessary making adjustments, ensuring everything fit her just right. Not once did we feel rushed or like we were just another appointment on his schedule. Quite the opposite. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our daughter, her comfort, and getting every little detail right. As a fellow girl dad, I think Cason brings something special to his work. There’s a level of compassion and personal investment that you simply can’t teach, and it shines through in everything he does. For our family, this isn’t just a wheelchair. It’s independence, new possibilities, and an opportunity for our little girl to experience more of the world on her own terms. That’s something truly life-changing, not just for her, but for all of us. In a world where it’s easy to feel like just another number, Cason reminded us what it looks like when someone genuinely loves what they do and cares about the people they serve. We are beyond grateful to Cason and Stalls Medical. If you’re looking for a company that combines knowledge, compassion, and a genuine commitment to doing right by their patients, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Five stars simply aren’t enough.   If you’re looking for a great business with great communication and great skills, this is the business for you. I’ve been in a wheelchair for 22 years and for the most part haven’t had a problem with my chairs other than the usual yearly stuff. I’ve recently been with the company “ National seating mobility” and when my Wheelchair broke down, they sent a technician out to my house a week later & He FaceTime someone that literally diagnosed my chair through FaceTime. The parts that were ordered were not the right parts and getting in touch with anyone was an act of Congress. Even started getting a bedsore on my beeehind. When I mentioned that I’ve been in bed a couple of weeks and struggling, he told me to seek medical attention…. I heal really good and it’s healed! I was under the impression that because I was with the company and they were in the process of fixing my chair that I couldn’t go anywhere else I was wrong. after going three weeks without a Wheelchair I decided to jump out on the limb and see if Stalls Medical Had a loaner chair that I could borrow and or rent… I’ve worked with this company before often and on throughout the years and they’ve always been great but when they come through for me and let me borrow a promobil F3 (just like my chair) I actually felt heard and seen, and I will ever be grateful to this down Home homegrown Company! And this is just part of my story

  I have been coming to Stalls for almost 15 years. I’ve gotten 2 vans and 2 power chairs. They are so thoughtful and thorough. They accommodate my needs and go above and beyond to make me happy. It’s difficult dealing with a disability and systems can prevent you from getting what you need. Stalls helps you overcome those challenges and treat you with dignity. I’m so blessed to have found them.

  Can't thank the Stalls team enough for the help they've given to our family over the years as my mother has struggled with various neurological impairments. Stalls has been with us the whole way, helping with ramps, chairs, vans - anything needed to make life a little easier. Amazing service and care - like we're part of the family. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing assistive tech. Great people doing great things!

  I would give Cason and Stalls Medical six stars if I could. I am not someone who usually leaves reviews, but people need to know about my experiences here. I have cerebral palsy and I walk most of the time. But, in 2024 I realized I would benefit from a manual wheelchair when I’m tired or experiencing pain. Cason came to my house multiple times and got me exactly what I needed. I didn’t know about the chair options available at all and trusted Cason to guide me through the process. This year, I needed adjustments to my chair to compete in an adaptive boxing match. Cason helped me immediately and everything was so easy. And this past week, I purchased an electric scooter for longer distances outdoors when my arms are tired from pushing my manual chair. Again, Cason helped me try about five scooters and guided me in deciding what was right for me. They are never pushy in selling which I believe is important to note. Everyone I’ve met at Stalls is incredibly kind and knowledgeable which I think is rare in today’s world!
