The leadership team, Catherine and Selena, are kind, helpful, and encouraging~ always with a smile, greeting you as you walk through the door. All of the instructors are amazing to work with. I don’t come from an active background, but the team has always made me feel accepted while continuing to challenge and encourage me. If you ever pull an instructor aside and share what you need help with, they’ll make sure to offer advice and support you during class. I’ve learned so much about proper form, wellness, and the foundations of Pure Barre from this team. I’m so thankful our paths crossed!

They are very attentive and mindful about the physical concerns you may have. The coaches always welcome you with a beautiful smile and are willing to help with whatever concerns if you may have.

Before joining, I made sure to ask about the cancellation process and was told it would be simple—just a matter of contacting them directly. About two months ago, I called to cancel and received an email confirming that my account would be frozen. Despite that, I was still charged the unlimited membership fee. I’ve tried calling multiple times with no response and was told a manager would return my call, but I never heard back. I did plan to rejoin in the fall, as I’ll be traveling throughout the spring/summer. However, I’m disappointed with how the cancellation process has been handled and hope this issue can be resolved moving forward.
